Dodge Fetid Quillstorm Every Time on the First Boss of Maisara Caverns

Fetid Quillstorm on Muro'jin and Nekraxx — the first boss of Maisara Caverns — is one of the deadlier mechanics in the dungeon, and there's a clean trick to avoid it every time. After Nekraxx dashes to a targeted player and the large green circle disappears, move directly to where Nekraxx is standing. The small quills don't spawn underneath the boss, so stacking on that spot guarantees you won't get clipped.

The sequence matters too: Fetid Quillstorm always follows Freezing Traps, so use the trap phase to reposition away from the ice and pre-stage yourself for the dash. On higher keystones the small quills are effectively a one-shot, and getting hit before Barrage — which fires off shortly after — is a fast death. Spread from teammates once the quills are cleared to handle Barrage cleanly.
