Take Advantage of Valeera In Order to Defeat Nullaeus

Valeera is your best friend for taking down Nullaeus, the seasonal Delve Nemesis — and she doesn't even need to be max level to carry her weight. As a DPS companion she lands every interrupt on Emptiness of the Void with Dagger to the Throat, solo-handles the intermission adds, face-tanks the boss with a little support, and even auto-Assassinates at 5% health.

Healers have it easiest: stay below 130% threat and Nullaeus never looks your way — just let Valeera do the heavy lifting. Ranged can follow the same kite-and-ignore plan, though hunters get the extra luxury of a pet tank. Melee and tanks have the roughest time since kiting isn't an option; swapping Valeera to healer spec helps there, as she'll instantly dispel Devouring Essence — just know you're now on kick duty for Emptiness of the Void yourself.

The one thing she genuinely can't do is tank. Her threat in tank spec is actually lower than in DPS, and she still needs babysitting to survive. Use her as a damage dealer or healer and Nullaeus becomes a much more manageable fight.
