Massive Nerfs to Phase 1 on Mythic L'ura with Hall of Fame Closing

Blizzard has announced some massive nerfs to the Phase 1 Wipe Factory on Mythic L'ura.

Phase 1 of Mythic L'ura has been nicknamed the "Phase 1 Wipe Factory" due to roughly 65% of wipes happening in Phase 1. It's very common for Phase 1 wipes to occur on this boss and Phase 1 has been massively nerfed. Glaives now have a maximum of 5 up at a time (down from 10) which should massively reduce the number of times you blow up in Phase 1. There's some small healing nerfs to Intermission 1 and Phase 2, but those phases were not as stressful as Phase 1.

With scheduled realm maintenance tomorrow, we’ll make the following changes.

• Midnight Falls
• Heaven’s Glaives maximum duration reduced to 1 minute (was 2 minutes).
• Reduced the spread of Midnight Crystals on Mythic difficulty.
• Starsplinter initial damage reduced by 20% on Mythic difficulty.
• Criticality damage reduced by 20%.
