Skyreach 3rd Boss "Tech" Fixed and Immediately Kills Entire Group

Blizzard has patched out the Skyreach 3rd boss bird-skip tech as of the weekly reset — and left behind a nasty surprise: attempting it now instantly kills your entire group.

The trick, popularized by Naowh on stream, involved standing on a platform spike so that Rukhran spawned the bird add directly beneath the player, causing it to fall off the edge and despawn. Most of the time the bird never returned, effectively skipping the add phase entirely.

With the fix now live in Patch 12.0.5, Blizzard has added a kill trigger to the spot. If you try the same positioning, your whole group drops dead immediately. Don't do it.
