Blizzard Previews The Omnium Folio - More Power for Your Characters in Patch 12.0.7

Patch 12.0.7 is bringing a new progression system called the Omnium Folio — an ancient elven relic tied to the Midnight expansion's Void storyline. You'll unlock it by helping Magister Umbric and Grand Magister Rommath restore the Sunstrider Omnium on the Isle of Quel'Danas, then slot in runes across five rows to build out your passive power set.

The rune layout gives you one core rune (Rune of Void-Touched Orbs or Rune of Unleashed Fire) plus one pick from each subsequent row — defensive options, stat procs (Crit, Haste, Mastery, Versatility), and capstone runes like Rune of Overload (100% effectiveness boost to your core) or Rune of Echoes (echoes all core and lingering damage/healing at 50% after 10 seconds). Runes can be swapped freely outside of combat and are unlocked via the weekly Seeking Knowledge quest, with each completion awarding a Mote of Omnial Inquiry. Complete all five and you'll also snag the Sunstrider Omnium Simulacrum housing decor. These rune powers persist for the rest of the Midnight expansion.
