Class Tuning Hotfixes on Patch 12.1 PTR for July 16th

Some class tuning hotfixes have been applied to the Patch 12.1 PTR before Mythic raid testing today.
Earlier this week, Blizzard announced more Mythic raid testing, and earlier this morning, hotfixes have been pushed to the PTR servers applying class tuning to the healer specs.
Disc Priest
Grim Deliverance now increases Shadow Mend by 40% (was 30%) and increases the cast time by 0.3sec (was 0.5 sec)
Void Shield absorb decreased by 10%
Dark Reprimand / Penance damage and healing increased by 15% and no longer buffed in PvP (was 1.059 multiplier)
Holy Paladin
Holy Shock healing increased by 50% and mana cost reduced to 2% mana (was 2.24%)
Holy Priest
Prompt Prognosis healing increased by 30%
Prayer of Mending healing increased by 20%
Mistweaver Monk
Mistweaver Monk Core Passive:
- All Healing (Effect #1 and #2) decreased to -20% bonus (was -13%)
- Mastery: Gust of Mists spell power modifier increased by 50%
- Preservation Evoker
- Evoker Preservation 12.1 Class Set 2pc causes the bonus Living Flame to have 100% effectiveness (was 150%)
- Merithra's Blessing healing reduced by 10%
- Lifespark causes the next Living Flame to deal 100% increased damage or healing (was 50%) in PvE combat only
- Reverberations healing reduced by 33%
- Dream Breath healing reduced by 20%
- Living Flame direct healing increased by 30%
- Verdant Embrace healing increased by 30%
- Restoration Druid
