China Celebrates 21 Years of WoW with BlizzCon in Shanghai
China is celebrating 21 years of World of Warcraft with giveaways and their very own BlizzCon in Shanghai this October!
Starting October 16th, the so-called "X Party" convention is being hailed as China's largest offline event in the history of World of Warcraft on the Chinese servers, giving fans the chance to immerse themselves in the world of Azeroth! Similar to our BlizzCon, it will give fans an opportunity to share Blizzard news and previews.
Other announcements include sales and giveaways, which include 10 mounts, an RTX 5080 graphic card, and cash prizes totalling 6 million RMB or ~$888,500 USD. Players can even participate in an online quiz to win a rare Thunder-Ridged Elekk!
A new annual subscription bundle with the normal assortment of mounts and pets also includes a Chinese-exclusive throne room decor and Varian Wrynn transmog.
