All WoW Servers Down Due to Emergency Maintenance - No Timeframe Provided
Blizzard has announced that all servers have been temporarily taken down due to the need for emergency maintenance.
While Blizzard has not commented on the nature of this emergency, they have stated that they cannot give an estimate for when servers will be back online, as the team is still investigating the issue.
Blizzard CS posted the following on August 5, 2026:
#WoW We will be performing emergency maintenance and the game will be unavailable during this time. Thank you for your patience and apologies for any inconvenience caused.
