Some trinket tuning hotfixes have been pushed on the Patch 12.1 PTR which nerfs Gaze of the Alnseer and Crucible of Erratic Energies. These changes should be going live next week with Season 2.

Raid Trinkets
- Fang of Umbral Malignance damage increased by 15%
- First Mate's Shellward damage increased by 25%
- Font of Venomous Rage damage increased by 20%
- Gebbo's Bottomless Bag effects reduced by 30%
- Hex Lord's Dooming Idol Intellect drain reduced by 33% and On Use Intellect increased by 15%
- Preternatural Antivenom healing increased by 30%
- Soulcoiler Ritual Vessel damage prevention reduced by 15%
- Sszorak's Ferocity damage increased by 15%
- Vashnik's Sanguine Rancor damage increased by 15%
- Vexhul's Everflowing Gland damage increased by 15%
Mythic+ Trinkets
- Coiled Fangstone damage increased by 15%
- Tumor of the Swarm damage increased by 15% and healing increased by 40%
- Knot of Writhing Serpents damage increased by 15%
- Kyrakka's Searing Embers healing increased by 80% and damage increased by 50%
- Mindpiercer's Sigil damage increased by 15%
- Sapling of the Dawnroot damage increased by 15%
- Mycolic Medicine damage increased by 30%, healing increased by 30%
- Tiny Electromental in a Jar damage increased by 15%
- Unstable Felheart Crystal absorb increased by 30%
