The 300 Cursed Surge Achievement Takes a Very Very Long Time
One of the achievements on the new Coiled Isle requires 300 Cursed Surges, or at least 225 hours if you don't miss a single one.
Cursed Surges
Cursed Surges are a new activity added on the Coiled Isle, which usually takes a minute to a couple minutes to complete once they've spawned. They have a 45 minute respawn that can be tracked on the events tab with each Cursed Surge spawning in a set location.

Mlurkkr Massacre is the quickest Cursed Surge with it usually being completed in about a minute, so make sure to be there when it spawns.
Cursebreaker Achievement
Added in Patch 12.1 Curse of Ula'tek, the Cursebreaker achievement rewards players with the %s the Cursebreaker title. This achievement requires players to complete 300 Cursed Surges, and assuming you do each Cursed Surge once and don't miss a single one, this would take you 225 hours to complete (or just over 9 days).
This doesn't account for any sleep time, or time away from the computer, so 225 hours is very unreasonable but it shows how long this achievement will take. There is a small way to try to speed it up by trying to phase to another active Cursed Surge after yours completes, but this is inconsistent, especially with how fast some of these Cursed Surges can complete.
