Bonus Rolls Cannot Be Used on Loot-Locked Bosses Next Week

Blizzard has announced an upcoming change to Bonus Rolls next week, which will prevent players from Bonus Rolling the same boss multiple times a week.

With scheduled weekly maintenance next week (Sept. 1 in this region), we're implementing a change to raid loot.

• Bonus Rolls can only be used on encounters where the player is eligible to receive loot.

This means that on each difficulty, once a player has been locked out of receiving loot for the week, defeating a boss a second or subsequent time before the end of the week will not provide an opportunity for the use of a Bonus Roll. While this is a change in loot behavior from Season 1, we feel that it more closely aligns with how loot works in general, and will be healthier for the acquisition of loot overall.
