Massive Buff to Unholy DKs Due to Bug Fix - Patch 12.1 Hotfixes for September 23rd

Blizzard has posted hotfixes for today which includes a 12% Single Target buff to Unholy DKs due to a bug fix.
Blizzard recently buffed Blightfall in the recent class tuning, but the ability was bugged and doing less damage than intended. This has now been fixed and results in:
Single Target: 12% buff from this bug fix alone, 15% compared to last week.
AoE: 6% buff from this bug fix alone, 7% compared to last week.

- Resolved an issue with Blightfall doing less damage as more time passes since the plague was applied.
Monk
Windwalker
- Fixed an issue that caused PvP adjustments to Windwalker’s Celestial Conduit and Flurry Strikes to apply in PvE as well.
- Delves
Fixed issue where Valeera becomes unable to change talents and gain abilities after a faction change. Players experiencing this will need to enter a delve on the affected character, then leave the delve, and then log out to correct the issue.
