Post-Raid Campaign Cannot Be Completed - Blizzard Investigating

Blizzard has announced that they are investigating an issue where the Post-Raid campaign cannot be completed.

After defeating Kith'ix, players are shown two cinematics: one right after Kith'ix dies, and the other during the post-raid campaign. After seeing both of these, the next quest What the World Sees is bugged and cannot be completed right now.
