Blizzard has posted hotfixes for today which include Ula'tek and Coren Direbrew bug fixes.

Fixed an issue with Ula’tek’s Mother’s Wrath where it can be cast at a target that isn’t the current target if a non-target has higher threat but hasn’t passed the threat threshold to force a target change.

Brewfest

Items that drop from Coren Direbrew should now have the required level set to the player who receives the item. They could still trade it but players at lower levels will have to reach the required level to equip it.
