World First Mythic Entomed Sentinels by Team Liquid
Source: Wowhead
Team Liquid has destroyed the Mythic Entombed Sentinels, taking the lead in the Venomous Abyss Race to World First!
The Venomous Abyss Race to World First Coverage
The sentinels are truly terrifying opponents, asking players to split, dodge, soak, and do basic math. Despite sounding simple, it requires a surprising amount of damage efficiency to beat its enrage timer, which even took Liquid a few attempts and very low percent wipes to figure out.
While the numbers mechanic turns invisible on Mythic difficulty, the group used a surprisingly simple strategy to handle it: by having all the twos clear under the boss and ones remain jumping in place, so that the threes could then find them.
Group Composition
- 2 Tanks: Blood Death Knight, Guardian Druid
- 4 Healers: 2 Preservation Evokers, Holy Paladin, Discipline Priest
- 5 Melee: Unholy Death Knight, Windwalker Monk, Subtlety Rogue, 2 Arms Warriors
- 9 Ranged: Devourer Demon Hunter, Balance Druid, Devastation Evoker, 2 Marksmanship Hunters, Arcane Mage, Frost Mage, Elemental Shaman, Destruction Warlock
