Team Liquid has cleared the world lair boss Nymrissa Wavecaller on Mythic difficulty!
The Venomous Abyss Race to World First Coverage
Although not formally part of the Race to World First, the Tidebound Grotto raid lair is still important as an extra source of Myth-track loot and a very strong trinket, which can provide an important advantage for the last couple bosses in the Venomous Abyss. Although the lair boss supports variable group sizes up to 30 players, this also increases the scaling, making the fight that much more difficult. This led Liquid to experiment with different group sizes and compositions, eventually leading them to use 25 players and 3 tanks.
